CCGI (Certificate course in guided imagery(Approved by SET council, Central government of India)) is a one month course designed for using simple techniques and strategies of mental imagery in daily life stress management. Guided Imagery is a mind-body intervention recommended by the American Psychological Association as a psycho educational tool for anyone, who wishes to apply in daily life for coping stress. Moreover, guided imagery has following evidence based benefits:

This course is solemnly for the individual’s use of guided imagery in daily life for coping stress and for pain relief and is not intended for clinical use. The intensive guided imagery training is offered only in CCMIS (Certificate course in Mental Imagery Science) which is offered to professionals graduated in mainstream sciences.
